Notice Guidelines
- Please provide 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- If your child wakes up sick, give us a call and we'll help you find a new time that works for you.
- Running late? Call us so we can keep your child's appointment as smooth as possible.
- If you are unable to make it at all, a quick call helps us support you and maintain flexible scheduling for all families.
Payment Guidelines
- Payment is due at the time of the appointment. If your child is coming alone or without their guardian, please send them with a form of payment so their care can stay on track.
- If you’re experiencing financial concerns or hardships, please reach out. We're here to help you and work together to find what's best for your child.

Affordable Financing
We offer interest-free in-house financing for orthodontic care.
Thanks to flexible, no-interest payments, you'll enjoy the ease and affordability of our in-house financing.
Although we don't offer third-party financing at this time, our in-house financing allows us to work with you to find the right payment plan.
Easy Insurance
Our dentists are in-network with most insurance plans, making it easy for you to receive the maximum coverage available.
We also file all claims for you, so you don't have to worry about filling out insurance paperwork.
